Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
1-2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate into individual triangles.
Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle and add a few blueberries on top.
Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip, and place them in the greased baking dish.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the rolls.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk to create the glaze. Drizzle over the warm rolls before serving.
