Strawberry Smoothie or Strawberry Milkshake depending on your preference!
Strawberry Smoothie:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
1 banana (optional, for added creaminess)
1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for extra protein)
1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions:
Blend Ingredients: Add the strawberries, banana, milk, Greek yogurt, and honey into a blender.
Blend until smooth: Blend on high speed until everything is creamy and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk; if it’s too thin, add ice or more fruit.
Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Strawberry Milkshake:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup milk (more or less depending on desired thickness)
Whipped cream (optional for topping)
Instructions:
Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the strawberries, ice cream, and milk.
Blend until creamy: Blend on high until everything is well mixed. Add more milk for a thinner consistency, or more ice cream for a thicker shake.
Serve: Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream if desired, and enjoy!
