Ingredients :

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 large egg
1 cup buttermilk (or regular milk)
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas (sliced)
Honey (for drizzling)
Butter (for cooking)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Batter:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the egg, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking just until smooth. Be careful not to overmix — some lumps are okay. - Cook the Pancakes:
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Place a few banana slices directly onto the batter as the pancakes cook.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set.
Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown. - Serve:
