Delicious Avocado Juice 🥑🍹
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
Add almond milk, honey, lime juice, and vanilla extract to the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. For a chilled beverage, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
Pour the avocado juice into glasses and serve immediately.
