Cranberry Pecan Cheese Ball ππ§ππ§π
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Crackers or vegetables for serving
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Add the chopped dried cranberries, chopped pecans, fresh parsley, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or plastic wrap. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Before serving, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped pecans and parsley for a decorative coating.
Serve with crackers or sliced vegetables.
