Tennessee Memphis Dry Ribs

Tennessee Memphis Dry Ribs🍖🔥

Ingredients:

For the Dry Rub:

2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)

For the Ribs:

2 racks baby back ribs

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup apple cider vinegar (for basting)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Prepare a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and place a rack on top.

In a small bowl, mix together all the dry rub ingredients.

Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.

Rub the olive oil all over the ribs, then generously coat both sides with the dry rub mixture, pressing it in to adhere.

Place the ribs on the prepared rack on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat has pulled back from the bones.

Every 30 minutes, baste the ribs with apple cider vinegar to keep them moist and add flavor.

Once done, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite barbecue sauce or enjoy them as-is.
