Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls
These blueberry cheesecake rolls are a delightful mix of creamy cheesecake filling and bursts of juicy blueberries wrapped in buttery crescent dough. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for garnish)
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 3: Assemble the Rolls
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spread a layer of the cheesecake mixture onto each triangle. Add a few blueberries on top, then carefully roll the dough starting from the wide end to form crescent rolls.
Step 4: Bake the Rolls
