Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries

Transform charming strawberries into an elegant treat by filling them with a rich, creamy cheesecake mixture. The fruity delight paired with a velvety filling is balanced with a sweet, crumbly topping.

Ingredients :

2 dozen strawberries, washed & dried.

1/2 cup heavy cream.

1/2 block softened cream cheese (4 ounces).

1/4 cup white sugar.

1/2 tsp vanilla extract.

1 graham cracker square.

Chocolate Cheesecake Filling.

1/4 cup chocolate chips.

1/2 tsp coconut oil.

Extra chocolate chips for topping if desired.

Instructions :

Prepare the ripe strawberries by washing and drying them thoroughly. Remove the tops and cut them in half length-wise. Scoop out the centers if you’d like.

In a small bowl, whip the heavy cream using a high-speed mixer for about two minutes.

Blend in the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, combining them until smooth.

Crush the graham cracker into crumbs to create the topping.

For the chocolate filling, take a portion of the cheesecake mixture into another bowl.

Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave at 20-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.

Integrate the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture, mixing evenly. Place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to set.

Fill a piping bag with the cheesecake mixture and carefully pipe it into the halved strawberries.

Garnish with the crushed graham cracker or additional chocolate chips for a delightful finishing touch.
