Devil Crabs 🦀

Ingredients:

1 lb crab meat, picked over for shells
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, green onions, and parsley. Mix gently until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon the crab mixture into individual ramekins or a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the crab mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the crab mixture is heated through.
Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
