Full English Breakfast

Ingredients:

2 sausages
2 slices of bacon
1 tomato, halved
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 egg
1 slice of black pudding
1 slice of bread
1 cup baked beans
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Place the sausages and bacon on the grill, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter in the skillet, then add the mushrooms. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, until softened and golden brown.
Place the halved tomato cut-side down in the same skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes until slightly charred.
Push the mushrooms and tomato to the side of the skillet and add the slice of black pudding. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
In a separate pan, fry the egg to your liking.
While the egg cooks, toast the slice of bread in the skillet or under the grill.
Heat the baked beans in a small saucepan over low heat.
Assemble everything on a plate, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
