Ingredients:
2 beef steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or your preferred cut)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil (for sauce)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
Preheat your grill to high heat. Brush the steaks with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
While the steaks are resting, prepare the parsley sauce. In a bowl, combine the chopped parsley, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, and red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine.
Serve the grilled steaks with the parsley sauce drizzled over the top, or on the side.
