Lobster Rolls

Enjoy these Lobster Rollsas 🦞

Ingredients:

1 lb (450 g) lobster meat, cooked and chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Salt and pepper to taste
4 hot dog buns or split-top rolls
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions:
Prepare the Lobster Salad:

In a large bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, parsley, Dijon mustard, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine all ingredients. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Prepare the Buns:

Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.
Split the hot dog buns or rolls and brush the inside with the melted butter.
Place the buns, cut side down, in the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy.

Assemble the Rolls:

Generously fill each toasted bun with the lobster salad.

Serve:

Serve immediately, garnished with additional chives or parsley if desired.
