Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and chopped
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup coconut milk or any milk of choice
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, yogurt, coconut milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Add the ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is frothy.
Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
