Maple Mustard Glazed Salmon 🍣

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions:

Prepare the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Make the Glaze:

In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried thyme. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Prepare the Salmon:

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Season the fillets with a little salt and black pepper.

Apply the Glaze:

Brush the maple mustard glaze generously over the top of each salmon fillet.

Bake the Salmon:

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. The exact cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.

Serve:

Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
