Pimientos de Padrón 🌶️
Ingredients:
1 pound Pimientos de Padrón peppers
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the Pimientos de Padrón peppers to the skillet in a single layer. Cook, turning occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, or until the peppers are blistered and slightly charred.
Remove the peppers from the skillet and transfer them to a serving dish.
Sprinkle the peppers generously with sea salt.
Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side if desired.
