Ravioli with Tomatoes, Asparagus, Garlic, and Herbs

Ingredients:
1 lb cheese or spinach ravioli (fresh or frozen)
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
Step 1: Cook the Ravioli Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften. Then, add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes until they start to release their juices.
Step 3: Combine Ravioli and Veggies Toss the cooked ravioli into the skillet with the vegetables. Gently stir to combine everything together.
Step 4: Season and Garnish Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Add the fresh basil and parsley, mixing everything together. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Step 5: Serve Serve the ravioli warm with a squeeze of lemon and extra herbs on top.
