Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
While the potatoes are cooking, season the steak bites with paprika, thyme, and remaining salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
Once the potatoes are crispy, push them to one side of the air fryer basket and add the steak bites. Cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
Drizzle the garlic butter over the steak bites and toss to coat. Let everything cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
