Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 2 tbsp sugar (or honey)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 1 cup granola
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the strawberries:
- In a bowl, toss the sliced strawberries with sugar (or honey) and lemon juice. Let them sit for about 10-15 minutes to release their natural juices.
2. Layer the parfaits:
- In clear glasses or dessert cups, layer 2-3 spoonfuls of yogurt at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the sweetened strawberries, followed by a layer of granola.
- Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass.
3. Top and garnish:
- Finish with a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
